 I remember reading in The Horse Backstreet Choppers mag a few issues back about a dispute regarding a $0.07 surcharge per issue that the publishers wanted to impose that caused alot of headaches for the magazine industry with some going belly up. Maybe this had something to do with the disappearance of some magazines.
