I haven't seen anything passable that isn't a super expensive multi-stage process. Better luck w/ rechroming the whole pipes I believe. If it's a small area, you may get away with a spray aluminum color or maybe a spray galvanizing, not exact matches, but close and easier to find in a rattlecan.
