honda cb750 sohc wiseco 836
« on: November 12, 2005, 06:31:11 PM »
just tore apart a 75 cb750 engine that I purchased from a closed cycle shop, it was labeled HIPRO in paint marker on the valve cover, it has got a wiseco 836 kit, aftermarket crank, aftermarket cams with titanium valves & springs  everything looks brand new,  it was built for a customer who never paid -- I sold all my running sohc cb750's last year so if there is interest in these parts let me know there for sale--   email mrmotolane@yahoo.com  or website is www.motolane.com  thanks !!

What dose MR thinkĀ  ?
I very much question Ti valves (probably Ti retainers). Stock or oversize valves?? If they are Manley valves forget it (unless you get lash caps). Aftermarket springs I guess. Aftermarket crank??? Maybe an old RC crank that's been lightened. If the pistons are Wiseco's they would be OK especially if you could get a deal on the bored cylinder. Cams?? As in more than one ??? I don't know...you need some pics. I'd look for nice rods and check the port work. The head may be a good deal. This post needs some pics. I went on that website and didn't see anything regarding this engine.
