The truth of what went on was only known to him and the kids...

Growing up, there was a couple who people in my community looked down on, because they were different...very poor...My folks felt sorry for them and said they were safe, so I spent time over at their house. Being the poor folks they were, I don't know how they could've afforded the gifts they gave the neighborhood kids (a few whose parents would immediately throw said gifts into the trash)...they never said or did anything immoral in my presence, the "guy" was somewhat effeminate though, but they got along.

Years later, I found out the "guy" was really...well...how to put this...he wasn't a tranny, because he wasn't a he, nor a she...ever hear of someone born neither male nor female? God rest his....uhm....her....uh their soul. As a child he had been abused, mocked, and locked up by his parents because their neighbors did all sorts of mean stuff to him as a kid.

I'm not making excuses for Michael, what he did, what he didn't do, he will face judgment for.

I liked his music as a kid, the early Jackson 5ive stuff, he got a bit too odd, in my opinion, later in life.

If he WAS indeed a pedophile, then may he burn eternally. If not, I hope he gets a good reward for what good he DID do in life. I guess I'm a wee bit opinionated and "redneck" after all, huh? I'm just glad I'm not the judge passing sentence on the throngs of humanity, I'd need more than a 50billion megaton hydrocodone...

For me it means nothing. I mean, after al he didn't wrote the songs, he just singed them. Like a well dancing player. Hence I never had a lot of respect, unlike those artists that are/were truly creating something. He could only do "eeeow" sound and grab his balls on stage. And, say what you want, he was a freak. maybe it was his childhood, i don't know, but there are mny ohter kids who had difficult childhood and become OK.

My daughter will cry though...

I was never a huge fan. I am more a rock and metal guy but, he was a music icon of our day. he was creepy when he started morphing into whatever he did to himself but, again he was human as far as we know and should be shown a little decency on his death. If there is such an after life, who ever runs the joint will past judgement and know the truth to do so.

C'mon then Cleveland, you know he did this how? What do you know that a court of law and trained investigators didn't find out? I never liked the guy or his music either but you know NOTHING about what happened. I'm suprised with the abuse that Jackson and Brian Wilson suffered as kids from their fathers that they didn't turn out worse than they did. Until you walk a mile in either of their shoes you might want to withhold comment.

I never liked MJ.  But whenever someone famous dies, I am glad that it reminds us all of our mortality. Hopefully it will cause us to remember that we are all sinners -and will be held accountable someday.  Man, its good to know Jesus.

Well Man, that's your choice of course and each of us has to be true to ourselves. But yes - sleeping in the same bed as a minor actually doesn't mean you're doing anthing but sleeping, my point is, you and the rest of us will ever know.

But - you have to be careful with things like this. You can't condemn him as guilty without questioning the rights of everyone under law. The premise of "innocent until proven guilty" is a cornerstone of democracy (even in the USA ) and if you start to challenge these very foundations of the way the west runs its societies it's a dangerous path to tread.

One man's view - no issue, that's freedom of speech, but saying "we all know" is a different ballgame.

Talking about Micheal "screwing" things, I just watched the movie "Man in the mirror" I bet the Jackson brothers felt that way when MJ dumped them on national television in front of millions of fans!
