hi guys and gals. im kyle, 29 and live in san jose, ca. i joined the site a few months after getting my 73 cb750 about a year ago. ive been lurking around since then, reading up on all the great info you guys provide. REALLY, thanks. i figured it was about time to come out of the woodworks. i got my bike bike from a gentleman in san jose. i didnt realize it until i ran the numbers a few months later that the motor is from a 78, but with pre 77 carbs and such. i was such in love with the bike the second i saw it i didnt think or care to ask many details. the odometer read 30k, but the po said the motor had been rebuilt 8k miles earlier. after a basic tune up the bike ran like a top. ive taken several trips down the coast and up to mt hamilton with out any problems. the only thing ive changed to my (kinda) stock bike is a set of euro bars and sometimes i run a backrest/luggage rack to help hold my gf on longer rides or groceries and a case of beer from the store. i had a 82(?) cb450 about 12 yrs ago for a few months, but this is my first since then, so still learning. i truly love my bike and am truly grateful for this site and all its members. thanks again. here are some pics. -kyle
