110/80/18 dunlops front and back of 400/4?

is there really a good technical reason to not do this if they fit?...a friend is giving me a brand new set and i am broke...i dont plan on cruising the canyons too much...i dont care about the balloon look too much...just want to know. thanks:)

100's rub a bit on the 350f front end. I think the 400f is about the same? I really don't think a 110 will fit.
Also, handling will suck with equal size tires, especially that large, on the bike. Are they both front or back tires? That could also cause a problem.

I have a 110 on the rear and a 100 front. Take em both, use one on the rear and the second for next time.

I doubt the 110 will fit in the front, and i don't think running a front tire in the rear is good. Only a few models of tires are deigned for both front and rear use. Otherwise, their construction (and tread pattern/direction) is different, and should not be used on the wrong end.
120 is huge for a 400 rear, but it might fit.

The 110 will rub on the fender brace on the front.  I have a 100 series tire on the front of my 400 and had to 'tweek" the fender brace so it wouldn't rub. 
the 110 will work on the back though.
