G'Day Sam, well none of us Aussies are sure how we got a bashing considering how we beat the world 11 to a bloody pulp only weeks later, (including Englands "finest") and have been making a mess of the West Indies too.

I don't know how much Englands "Ball Tampering" incident had to do with the Ashes fiasco, but I suspect there's more to it than that? I'm not a rugby or soccer fan, as I'm sure they're just European Gay mating rituals and deserve no space in this worthy tombe, among men who like to ride hard, not ride each other, ha ha! Cheers, "Pantsman" Terry. ;D
I was feeling sorry for myself because I couldn't afford new bike boots, until I met a man with no legs.

So I said, "Hey mate, you haven't got any bike boots you don't need, do you?"

I was away at a swap meet all weekend, didn't see any CB750 stuff, (a few CB350's though, going cheap Raul) but still managed to get a couple of nice parts for my bikes, and ate plenty of barbecued red meat and drank enough booze for ten men, ha ha! Back at work now, but don't feel well, although I've no idea why, maybe it's that "Bird Flue" everyone is talking about? Hmmmnnnn................. Cheers, Terry. ;D

Terry,

Saw a good joke on another site last week but did'nt know how to get it over here.

You would have to have seen it to see how funny it was but it goes like this.

It was a picture of hundreds of turkeys in a large shed, with speech bubles coming from two of them.

In one buble it said ACHooooo ...............in the other it said thats not funny Dave. ;D

That sounds like a Gary Larsen gag Sam, well it's interesting isn't it, a couple of years ago we were worried about "Mad Cow" disease, so no beef in your neck of the woods, now "Bird flu" so no poultry, is this some kinda conspiracy devised by those damn vegetarians? Hmmmmnnnnn............... Ha ha, Cheers, Terry. ;D

I like these "cricket" threads.

Saturday was a cool day to be English.

Whipped the Pakistanis (only day one so far though)
Whipped the Aussies (Rugby Union)
Whipped the Argies (now that was a game of football - I'd post the video but it's 4.5Gb !!)

Steve,
Rule Britannia indeed. I have always been proud to be ENGLISH! and Sat re-enforced that feeling, I can't decide which was sweeter, beating Australia or Argentina?
Also, Nigel Mansell won the GP masters at Kyalami.
If only we had a Rossi or a Schumacher?
If this doesn't start a jingoism war, then nothing will
Jim.

Flipping eck, older than us!! ther's still hope for us then. I told my wife that I was thinking of racing in the CMRC next year, you should have seen her face!
I enjoyed the masters race, somehow more exciting than F1. I prefer touring cars to all of them? That would be a great bike run next year to a touring car or a CMRC race??
