Missing Cam Chain Adjuster in cb350f
« on: July 01, 2009, 10:17:02 PM »
My cam chain was noisy. I went to adjust it and there is no screw there.
Any quick fix ideas?

Do you mean its fell out or its broke?

It seems to have either fallen out. Or wasn't there when I bought the bike.

You can use a standard 6mm setscrew with a plain nut and washer on the case side of the nut BUT relieve the threads on the end of the setscrew to thread base circle as the bolt will mushroom on the end and you will never get it out and/or destroy the case threads
