Clean bars/gauges/controls set-up- '78 cb750k
« on: November 06, 2008, 07:29:07 AM »
Does anyone have any tips or tricks on a stripped-down bar set-up for a 750? I'm looking for the bare essentials:

-2-1 speedo/tach
-clutch
-brake
-throttle
-neutral/oil/hi lights (legality here)
-horn

-this would mean relocating:
-key
-on/off switch
-electric start button
I'm thinking underseat for most of this (meaning I'd have to clear up the electronics there as well.

I ended up dumping my gauges, which helped alot. I think I'm going to end up switching my controls for some dirt units. Boyer makes a horn and start switch. I haven't figured out the key situation yet, but I'm thinking of putting it back by the oil tank.
