Tinking about rear facing horns.......

Hey guys,
           I am seriously thinking about mounting rear facing horn(s) on my bike.  You know to get the attention of the tailgater who is on the phone, or the moron who is texting at the stoplight and doesn't realize that thier car is creeping forward.  also thinking of mounting a super bright strobe under my taillight bracket, for the same purpose at night. Watcha think?  Do-able, or dumb?

I just flick the brake lights 3-4 times and that opens up the space a bit. A horn shoud work as well but I think you'll just piss the car in front of you and make him slam on the brakes.

While the strobe has the funny appeal, I think it would actually turn dangerous if not illegal. At night a strobe would probably blind the person behind you. Now if you did this right before a turn and then sped up and they ran into a hay pile, that would be the funny appeal  ;D

What about the guy on the phone about to turn left in front of you? I thought about tailight strobes too, but unless they blink superfast I think they can too easily be seen as turn signals at night.
