In Northern Virginia lot of abandoned houses are getting fixed and sold.  We live here twenty years and house I always remember empty got a full restoration and sold like a hot cake.

BTW we have Dumfries here, in Virginia,  cca 30 miles from my home.  Next to Quantico MC base.
