Swingarm swap from another Honda?

I was wondering if anyone has swapped the swingarm on a 350f. I have a CB450 twin swingarm and rear tire that I would like to put on. I was going to put on the tire because of its larger rear drum and wider tire, but the axel sizes are different. Anyone know of any swingarm that would fit? Any resource for different bikes swingarm dimentions?

Give me the years, and I can check the part numbers to see if the parts are actually the same.

Thanks for the offer, but found out they will not swap. I enlarged my swingarm to accept a 20mm axel, so now there is no need for a swap :)
