yes, i would go talk to someone else.
they have to input destination zip code to calculate postage fees.
it has to hit different mail stops on its way to your customer.
you will need to find out what those stops are, and contact, or better yet have a postal employee contact the stops to look for it.
its probably sitting somewhere, or on someones desk, and it just takes someone getting off their @$$ to look for it for you.
as far as i recall, priority already has $100 ins with it.
no need to buy more if cost is under $100.
