I don't know what happened, but while cleaning my carbs I screwed something up and  the choke is now closed by default. This happened before, but I had my parts set to look at and was able to fix it but they were also apart. I didn't have them apart this time, but something got moved around wrong.  Thanks

03 KLR650 - Doesn't do anything very well but.. well.. does everything.
