« on: July 05, 2009, 09:58:56 AM »
something that i might wanna do in the future is change the fork covers on my cb350f to boots like the 550's & 750's have because i think they look more classic

is it possible to this?
if so how?

and say i wanted to take my headlight ears and get them dipped in chrome how much would that be? or is there a better way of doing that?

thank you and i appreciate all your help

You could probably chrome your fork ears, IMO none that would be worth the time though. The CB350F fork covers are probably the most unique for the entire CB line up that year.

If your dead set, find a local chrome shop and stop in with the parts. He'll probably do it a lot cheaper if you totally strip them first and polish them to a mirror finish on a wheel. Also keep in mind that the metal needs to be straight and scratch free with absolutely nothing but metal (so no bondo etc.)
