You have to check out this website for the sickest law enforcement vehicle, it even has a "hoseable" rear passenger compartment.

Great, more of my tax dollars wasted on a bunch of bells and whistles.  :P

They've come a long way since Andy Griffith.  Looks like the future is here.

Thats how I feel too. A super cop car to catch some low life when a regular car was just fine. It is just going to raise the stakes more for hard core criminals.
What a waste.

A bit much, ie, too much $ for sure.

Do we really need something like this? Keene NH will probably order one,
they seem to have almost evrey police vehicle for a small city (less than 30,000)
and they already have high taxes. ???

last police car i rode in, in tampa in 95' it had a hoseable backseat in it too. cops there loved em.

Cops love excess.  Here's a good example:

The Austin Peay State University police dept just got 4 new Dodge Charger police models and 4 of those upright scooter things (like the one seen in the video).

My only questions...  Why do APSU police need 350+ HP vehicles and mobility scooters for a 1-mile square campus?  And all this with a $6 million budget shortfall we're now having to deal with...

they gotta look cool to the students while they cruise, I mean while they patrol the campus.
