I'm wanting to polish all my engine covers. There's a guy on fleabay selling dremel polishing wheels in either cotton or wool. Any suggestions or recomendations on which one to buy? Is one better than the other? I'm planning on using rouge polishing compounds and I'm worried about leaving swirl marks.
