1975 CB750F is officially a K0 Super Sport per Honda
1976 CB750F is a CB750F1
(Same bike, different colors, different models years. The 75 had a 3-5 month production run only)

1977 CB750F is a CB750F2
1978 CB750F is a CB750F3
(same bike different years)

I'd inquire about what they mean as CB750 Super Sport. SOHC for 4 years (2 different bikes) and DOHC for 3 or 4.
As of today 3/13/2012 my original owner 75 CB750F has made it through 3 wives, er EX-wives. Free at last.  ;-)

look in the for sale section for a great deal on break lines and you can get them made to fit.
