Banjo bolt size? Other brake help, also, please.
« on: July 14, 2009, 02:55:48 PM »
I want to order a brake line T joint for my 78 cb550k dual disk conversion. I just got in from doing bike work and don't want to do any more. So, what's the size and pitch of the banjo bolt that connects to the three way joint (that has the brake light switch on it) 10mm x 1.0?

Also, the confounded thing is squishy to this day. I cannot, for the life of me, get it to feel rigid when I'm braking. I've bled the hell out of this thing, and it works well (very rigid) with just one brake attached... but with two... ugh. Partially why I'm buying this T joint. I'm using a master cylinder from a 92 gl1100, steel braided brake lines, new pipes directly off the brake itself (thanks to the radiator shop) but... still soft.
