newbie here! Hello
« on: November 18, 2005, 06:48:21 PM »
Hello everyone,
I just bought a non running 72 750 off ebay this past week.  I am glad I found this site, it looks like there is alot of good info out there and I am sure I can get some good advice from this board.

That is if I don't find it by using the search option! ;D

Anyway, I have a clymers and some tools and am ready to start my winter project by just breaking everything down and cleaning it.

Just saying hello.

Welcome aboard and good luck with that 750. I just got mine a few months back in non running condition and this board has walked me through getting it back on the road.

Welcome aboard from a fellow new honda Sohc/4 owner.   Hope you get yours running and in good shape soon.  Cleaning it is a good start, too.  At the very least, you'll find out all the little details now instead of on the road.

Thanks guys,

No Bird flu here.

Spent some quality time in the garage yesterday.  I will definitely need to refurbish the forks.  Most everything else looks good.  The carbs don't want to come out though.
