can someone tell me the engine year and if it is an F or K (are F and K the same ?)...CB550E-1055296...gracias

Are we talking US models?

According to the Honda Motorcycle Identification Guide...
The CB550 K in 1976 had engine serial numbers begining with 1067334.  The 75 engine numbers started with 1026182.

All the F model engines started with 11xxxxx
