I checked out ITS titles again and noticed some changes since the last time I used it.
1] Price is way up. It appears you only have the option to receive tags with the service though now. So maybe that's a wash...
2] Must have current insurance on the vehicle. Definately a change. I didn't have insurance last year on my 350F when I did this.
3] And need copy of driver's license too.
*edit* Checked out Broadway too. Looks like a lot of the same stuff...
