What is the biggest back tire that can be used with a stock 750 swing arm? I'm running a 120 now but am in need of new back tire and thought about running a 130. Oh yeah the bike has the stock 18" rim on it to.

I think you can fit a 130 but if you do a search you will likely find that its mostly advised aginst. The only reason to run a tire that big is looks. If your willing to sacrifice handling and tire wear for the look then it is the right choice.

I've got 130 spitfires on mine....and I am 99% sure I could squeeze 150s on there.

Update-   Scratch that.  I could not fit 150s on mine, as they would rub the disc brake caliper stabilizer bar.   IF you don't have rear discs, then I'd guess 150s will work.  Otherwise, 130 is the limit.

There is still a stabilizer bar on the drum break and thats what limits the size on my CB550

Is the rear rim width 1.85 or 2.25 inches?
Have you found a 130 tire that the manufacturer recommends on this narrow rim width?

I am not to sure if i had a standard rear rim on one of my old Honda 750's but i ran a 140 michelin, i think it was a A or M 48 {remember them?} and i rode the wheels of that bike with no adverse effects on handling. I also had a GPX 750 Kawasaki race bike with the 16 inch front wheel, it was bloody fast and i had a metzeler comp k race compound rear 130, reversed on the front and it stuck to the road like a train on tracks. So there are some tires that work outside the norm. I will also add that there was a lot of time went into getting that bike to handle like it did and heaps of people told us that it would never work........it did.
