Wow dude, wish I had a use for the parts. Wouldn't split out the speedo would you? Mine has been acting up and it would be neat to have 21 miles on my bike, haha. It is odometer exempt on the title anyway.

Here is what my bike looked like today:

I have since removed a bunch of tabs that no longer serve a purpose, taken off the turn signals and am currently letting the rear inner fender reform thanks to some heat so it will still fit with this seat.

I know a lot of resto guys will hate my build but I'm loving it. I sat on the seat expecting my legs may be a little cramped in this position, and it actually feels really good. So psyched to get it back together. Now is just the painstaking process of prepping and painting piece by piece.

Nothing against the guys that PMed before replying in this thread but does anyone think it would be better or fairer if interested parties answered in the thread first before going to PM's, i think that would definitely save arguments and confusion.....

If its advertised in a thread then shouldn't it be answered in it..? This should apply for all for sale adverts as i have seen a few disputes over who offered who what first.....

well so far no reply from the seller,i sent this to couple of friends in the morning yesterday with no intentions of buying, after a couple hrs passed found out one of my friends had got my forward Email, looks like he is on it also!! well man if you can get a response and get it home no worries, i did post it here to anybody interested so if you can get a response and bring her home just let us know if this not a scam! starting to think it is, sounds to good? if i get a response i will post later. I put on the Kerker exhaust dyna ignition, accle coils, rejetted to 125's, tires, sprockets,chain,swing arm bushings,allballs steering head bearings I think some top end work is in my future but for now all is well.

Looks awesome!! glad to here it runs good,, just broke mine down last week for tires powdercoat rims,new seat and paint + chain. gonna post a build thread soon like to have more done for the before and after pic's

Not gonna complain too much about the CL f2 if it gets away, picked this up in Fall River Mass 2 months ago stored 16 years 2 owner bike adult owned and loved $725, had WD 40 all over everything!! still trying to clean 16.000 miles all the slow jets where clogged and excel pump did not work, but tank was clean inside "still flushed it" This bike has some punch!! gonna just keep the stock appearance has a slip on pipe a little loud, just shimmed the needles up with a washer. here is a couple of pics.

Coming back together nicely. Need to get the seat to the upholsterer(if he can do it by next week), bleed the brakes, rebuild the engine, and get it back in the bike. Should hopefully be running by Sunday. May be an ambitious target though.

Just a rattle can paint job, so it looks ok from a distance(farther than these pictures, ha) but like a rattle can job from up close. However this bike is a rider, not a show piece, so I don't care. It is better than the peeling scratched up factory paint and rust I had.

Oh and I need to get 2 more of those "cat eye" turn signals to eliminate the big clunky factory ones up front.

Just going to freshen up the black on my stock ones and reuse those for now. When I get some time to change the electrical system I will get rid of the stock oil tank and relocate the battery to the tail hump.

I've seen some really nice rattle can jobs. It just takes time in wet sanding after each coat to remove the "orange peel" associated with rattle can jobs. Then on the final coat, wet sand, polish, wax, and it should be smooth as glass. For added depth, do several coats of clear. Most people will not be able to tell it was not done professionally. If you have the time to do it, I'd recommend it.
