What does a 350F Motor Weigh?

 Anybody know exactly what a 350F motor weighes (for shipping estimate)? I recall the 750 weighs 175 pounds, guessing a 350 weighs 150 lbs? BTW, I have a mint 1972 350F motor w 1500 orig miles for sale $350 (negotiable).
