Take it slow for a wehile.
No wheelies at 85mph.
Wheelies, no, 80 mhp, yes, lololol. Nice long straightaway, flat road, very few bumps, wanted to open up the Carbs, let em really breathe a bit, you know, a mechanics duty to make sure the engine is breathing right, LMAO.
Jeff, give ol' Blue a ride for ME, okay?
Man, that makes me feel good, Bill
Bill, Every one of you is with me every time I am on 2 wheels, this Brotherhood/Sisterhood we have here has helped me more than I can ever repay and every mile I put behind me is testimonial to that help. Every time depression decides to sit on me for a while I just come here to remember how much there is to live for.
enjoy

a smile is priceless
Tramp, except later as you are using a toothpick to pry out the bugs stuck between the teeth, LMAOLMAO.
Jeff,
Thats the best therapy I can think of. Ride safe and have fun. Remember, you haven't been out in a while.
Jerry
Jerry, It's weird, I hopped on the Blue Bomber and it was as if I hadn't been off a bike for more than a couple days, leaning through the curves, leaning that little bit forward when accelerating, putting the kickstand down when I park it, lolol. I think I was born a biker and just naturally fall into the mindset whenever I hop on

.
Awesome news Jeff!! Glad to see things looking up a bit for you!!!
I must have missed the thread about the VF....didnt realize you had new wheels. Congrats!!
Dennis
It was titled something like "not sure it belongs here but..." I got two bikes and a truck load of extra parts for $150, I love Craigslist, LMAO.
I did a massive amount of work on the Blue Bomber to get it back on the road, dove into a set of carbs and cleaned the daylight into them(most jets I couldn't see through so I cleaned them til I could see sunlight through them, lol), reworked a lot of the wiring, replace 3 turn signals, replaced the inner front and read fenders, replaced the entire clutch hydraulic system, replaced the lower radiator, replaced both mirrors, replaced the chain guard, replaced the starter solenoid, replaced the kickstand, replace 3 footpegs, replaced the shifter and foot brake levers, replaced the broken hand brake lever, and lots else. Kept me busy for a month.
I still need a battery and DOT 4 brake fluid to flush the rear brake, and to figure out why I have no running lights, so I won't be riding at night til then.
