Topic: problem with blowing main fuse alot .... now its not whats up with that??

I put in new harness and I dont know why I have so much problems trying to get turn signals to work. First the 15 amp fuse was blowing left and right all the time. Now 5 months later I look at it charge up battery its not blowing fuse. This is electrical problem diagnosing been going on for awhile just need that extra help. I just wanna ride. I got motor running and fixed carbs and put in a dyna elec ignition.If anyone can help me would greatly appreciate it.

I don't quite understand.  Has the fuse blow problem gone away?  Is it a charging problem?  Are you having both problems at the same time?  If you are still blowing fuses, do they blow quickly or only after running the motor for a while?  Is the fuse reed (metal strip) melted in the middle or does the fuse melt under the cap?
