Destined to be a bike finatic
« on: July 27, 2009, 04:17:21 PM »
OK I was looking for that thread about our kids and bikes but failed to find it so here's a new one.
This is my son Dan on a Kawasaki mini bike I repowered with a Yamaha 125 Landscout motor (hey it's what I had in the shed at the time) pulled wheel stands in all 4 gears and the kids loved it.
So since he is now a Police Officer and 30 I look back on this as a bit of predestination. ;D
The other bike is the CBR400RR he just dumped in my shed, yes I got it going and aparently if it had wings..... ;)
Anyhow I was enjoying looking at others kids discovering bikes and it's taken me this long to find an old photo of Dan.
I think the thing I most like about motorcycling is the speed at which my brain must process information at to avoid the numb skulls who are eating pies, playing the ukulele, applying make-up etc in the comfort of their airconditioned armchairs as they make random attempts to kill me!!!!!!!
