Installing Crankshaft Bearings

OK now that I have all of these engines I'm going to have to start reassembling them and it been so long since I worked inside the cases. I've downloaded the shop manual but  I just want to here from those with experence putting back together a bare case. Any help is needed

Fit all black (tightest tolerance) shells and run it in for a couple of thousand miles with plenty of oil/filter changes
Semi Geriatric ex-Honda mechanic and MOT tester (UK version of annual inspection). Garage full of "projects" mostly 500/4 from pre 73 (no road tax in UK).

Remember "Its always in the last place you look" COURSE IT IS YOU STOP LOOKIN THEN!

Slight cock up there Bryan, ;D.....did you not think how many quater mile drag meetings Dennis would have to do before he could give it some welly?...... it would take him about ten years to run it in. ;D ;D ;D ;D ;D

Didnt realise it was a racer, my advice was for a road bike and ive done it that way myself.
