Robert Kelii is your man.  http://robertkelii.com/portfolioofrestorations.html

He is in Kingston but don't worry about that, his work is worth it.
What, you can't transport your own bike?

I haven't used either of these guys in years, but for old Honda vintage mechanical work, two shops were always recommended to me:  Seattle Cycle Center (George) and Auburn Motorcycle (Ken).  These are old-timers who have been in business for years.  Ken rebuilt my CB750 engine from the case up and although I had to hound them a bit to get it done, it eventually worked out well and it didn't cost an arm/leg.  The CB750 is now approaching 2K miles and has had no engine issues.
