Alan, the CB750A (and GL1000) use 19" and 17" DID aluminum rims. No bike (to my limited knowledge) except the unobtainium GB500 used 40-spoke DID 18" aluminum non-dirtbike wheels.

BTW, I just picked up a used GB500 18" front wheel, but I had to get it from New Zealand!

Next time I'm just gonna order Excel$!   :'(   RR

Are they a discontinued part for the GB500?

ServiceHonda has them listed but not an inexpensive alternative to Excels

Both CMSL and DSS have listed the rims as No Longer Available for quite some time. I'd be very surprised if Service Honda actually has them available.  If they do, I'd much rather have purchased a new front rim.  Time for me to check with Service Honda!  Thanks.  RR

They might not be able to get them either, I didn't call. They don't stock any parts, but I put the part numbers into their interactive pricing page and they came up, I'll have to try that with a known unavailable part...

...Well, I just put a few part numbers into that pricing page, I put in a 750K0 frame and those 'stoppers' that fit in at the rear ends of the swingarm for the chain adjusters to push against.

They both came up with prices so maybe I'll have to withdraw my enthusiasm, sorry Gents.

Excels look way better than the Honda street DIDs, the dirt DIDs look better, but not sure if any are 40 hole.
