A couple of carb questions

I have a 1976 cb750k.  At wot if it breaks up and I roll off the throttle it picks up, is that to rich or to lean?  I was also wondering since the middle cylinders run leaner, is it ok to run larger main jets in the middle or should all the main jets be te same size?  Same question about the needle clip position.  Is it ok to run the middle cylinders a clip richer or should all the needle be set the same?  Thanks!

The bike was engineered with all four carbs running the same settings.  Sync and air screw settings should be enough to even out differences between carbs.

Do some plug chops to determine if you're rich or lean at various throttle settings, then consult this chart:
