Hi all..
I just put on a Flanders handlebar set and, well, its shorter than the stock bars and
posed a problem for me.. cable length's. The clutch cable is the worst, and after trying
to re-route it a few times i found no ideal position to put it without either it looking
stupid and it bending and snaking so much it is difficult to operate. I researched, but
does no one sell a generic cable that fits? I can get a custom made one at one place
for 40 bucks, but i can't help thinking I can find a bettter deal..
Same thing with the throttle cables, but not as bad. Still, i want new ones.
And the brake line? id like to upgrade to a stainless.. what will fit? are the banjos special?
I want it shorter than stock too.
So, what are the lengths of these cables, and where can I find a good deal? will only
cb650 things fit, or is there room to retrofit a different cable?
