Denver garage and grill day
« on: August 05, 2009, 01:44:16 PM »
I posted on our local Rusted Nuts message board, but I know there are several other Denver area sohc4 members who aren't on that forum.

I'd like to invite anybody who can make it to my place on Saturday, 8/15 to come over for some garage hang-out time and grilling, starting at noon.  No set end time because my wife and son will be out of town, so we have the run of the place!

I'd rather not post my address here, but if you're interested either PM me for details or sign up on the Rusted Nuts yahoo group and look at the calendar.  There's a link to the group in my signature.

That will be perfect for dinner after riding home from Deadwood.

I have a new work schedule.  Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays OFF!!!! :) :)  And no more super early mornings.

Spanner,
My garage days are ALWAYS a blast!  Especially the ones where I don't invite everybody else over! ;D

We might be able to work something out on the 25th of September.  I have yet to meet another sohc'er from a different state.

Not only a meet but maybe we should try and go for a ride that day also.

I'm game!  I'm sure we could come up with a couple of extra bikes for Spanner and Sweetie to ride.  You know I've got one I'll loan out. :)

Usual place, usual time.  It was only changed last month because of Heff and Elizabeth's wedding.

Of all God's creatures there is only one that cannot be made the slave of the lash. That one is the cat. If man could be crossed with the cat it would improve man, but it would deteriorate the cat.

Hope you guys had a great day. Maybe next time.

The Heff's had a great wedding at a wonderful mountain event center. Plus we were still able to ride home  ;)
