Anyone ever use this site?  Looks like you can design a part in their free CAD software and they will machine it and ship it to you.

I have. They do pretty good work. Their CAD software is actually reasonably good, too. I wouldn't use them for high-tolerance parts like bushings, but for machining brackets and stuff like that they're perfect.

How's the pricing for small lots?  I imagine if I built something useful, I could sell the extras, but most stuff is one off.

Draw it up in their software and it'll quote you automatically. Pricing depends on part complexity, material, size, and quantity.
