I am in mid restoration of a (what was) completely stock 1975 CB550 K1, and am looking at changing the sprockets for new ones and was wondering if anyine out there could shed some light on the mystery of what is the best setup (stock vs...) in order to keep the RPM's down but still allowing the bike, with the occasional passenger, to climb the mountains. the bike, when finished, will have new piston rings, DYNA ignition and coils, new clutch, cables, rebuilt/sync carbs, etc... No over boring, nothing crazy. Thank you all for your time and experience in this matter.
