Sounds like you are moving right along...... tank decals will be hard to find. You will probably have to restore yours or find some that are in good shape at  a bike salvage yard.... or .... check around....here are a few places that are good for the 750....

Thanks for the info.  I doubt a salvage yard will do me any good as those tank badges will be missing paint too.  I would have to find NOS or repaint them myself.  I would rather find NOS fork ears.  And the search continues...all your posts are appreciated.

This is unreal...I was just going to post on the board.  Seems today I lost 2-3 coil on this K4 after it got warm.  Then cooled 45 minutes and it was OK.  I just took the tank off to check all the connections and all looks well.  Does that sound like the same symptoms you had there?  Have you replaced 1-4 already?

Both coils were new 22 months ago....I broke the #3 wire right at the top of the ngk cap back in the middle of July. I jerry rigged it for VMD, but when I went to fire it up at the show...was only running on 1,2,4. Got it home and lost #2 also. so bought new coil and have been wanting to get rid of the ngk caps since they don't even look oem.  Babbits had it all at a very good price....not much more for coil and 4 caps as compared to local honda dealer price just for the coil. one thing u might want to try is to start the bike in the dark and look for any spark leakage around the caps, wires. I was lucky that I knew what my problem was since I created it.
