Goldwing
« on: August 18, 2009, 07:35:12 PM »
Just purchased a 1976 GL1000 from a guy in Michigan.

Any Goldwing owners out there?  -  I'm looking for the best on-line forum to join

I have three Goldwings in all, 75 GL1000, 76 GL1000, 81 GL1100.

For GL1000 technical issues, probably the best site would be Naked Goldwings http://www.nakedgoldwings.com/forum/index.php

The best all around Goldwing web site is the Steve Saunders Goldwing Forums. http://www.goldwingfacts.com/forums/

There is also a nice forum on www.GWRRA.org  You can read all the forum but have to be a member to post.  I left that club to join this one.  Lots of good techs on that site, but I could not justify the cost.

I agree about NGW (NakedGoldWings). I belong to that one as well, was gonna get into getting one, after I saw Tim's (kghost's) Wing, but kinda got off track and then Tim sold his (and I couldn't swing it at the time).

Here's the one that he had:

Now, do you see why I was so hopped up on the idea?   ;)
