Thanks for the comments guys, I meant to say that the photos I posted, were of another CBX that my budy detailed his to look similar to. only differences are that his (now mine) doesn't have the finned engine covers (but he did polish the stock ones out and do the engine in black) and he doesn't have that seat, but a nice stock one. the exhaust isn't stock, but it isn't a Kerker, I think it's a DG, but not sure. And it has pods on the carbs but not as large as the ones in the picture. It DOES however have the basic look and is a sight to behold (at least, to me).
Pictures of the actual bike, as soon as I can. I'm kinda loaded down presently and it's difficult to get much of anything done, but it helps keep my mine somewhat on track and at least temporarily off my loss. Just tryin' to get to where I can see the light at the end of the tunnel.
hoodellyhoo, Thanks!, I'm gonna enjoy toolin' around on this one
Thanks Mick, I think I'll be more relaxed on this one than on the GPZ..
Thanks Bob, I am told that "Every Dog Has It's Day" and I guess maybe it's my day?
Thanks Jeff, now I don't have ANY 750 SOHC parts and very few DOHC stuff either. Sorry bout' that.
Hey Brandon. Yep, it's the one with 6 cylinders AND 6 carbs as well.
Wo n't catch ME tryin' to tune THOSE babies!
I've got to concentrate on getting my stuff setup so I can once
again and then, I will get on with it. Thanks for askin' though.
Hey there Simon. Yeah, I'm sure that it COULD get some "Attitude" going on, given the chance.
Hey Chris. Thanks man, good to see ya about.
Thanks Havoc, soon as I can, I WILL let you all know how it sounds and runs!
My buddy really hated to part with it, but he k nows that I will take good care of it.
I'm hoping to get some fine riding miles out of this one too!
