lol, my shopmate is trying to sell me an old Vespa right now.  Somehow I don't think I am gonna look quite as good on it as the fine folks in these pictures!

yeah PeWe, it's almost the same as that one in the picture...except it dented up all over, rusty, and what little paint is left is 3 different colors.  The right engine cover is missing too, as is the lovely lady.  It does seem to be mechanically all there and kicks over with compression.


oops...I am talking about the red one

I was lucky enough to visit the Piaggio/Vespa museum a couple of years ago.  Unfortunately no models but a great history for the “Wasp”.

In Italy you might find a higher density of beautiful women on scooters in the summer. I know I saw a lot of beautiful women in Rome when I was there on business in the mid-90s.

Saw a guy in Vermont yesterday with his large Tatra Shepherd Dog, riding on the platform with his head sticking out. Kinda dangerous in my opinion.
