I have a 1975 CB 750 that had all working lights and before  I took off the Windjammer. Now  the turn signals ,brakelights work fine.
But when I turn on the headlight on only the headlight and right front turn signal come on.

Any ideas on what the problem could be?
this is my first bike ,but I would like to fix it myself.

Thanks!

sounds like you have a short in the rats nest behind the headlight.  Get a scematic and check the connections.

Check the fuse then check the brown wire coming off the taillight, then check the green wires coming from the tail lights.
clean up the connectors as you go and solder any inline splices you encounter in the harness.
If it all worked before you tore the fairing off it will work again, just take your time, study the schematics and be meticulous.
Do the tach and speedo lights work? if not look at the brown and white wire in the head light bucket.
The orange wires are your left turn signals
the light blue wire are the right turn signals
also look closely at the male ends of the bullet connectors, sometimes they are only holding on by a strand or two of copper.
good luck.

Electricity will take the easiest path to flow.  If you don't give it and easy ground return, it will use other circuits.

The original headlight bucket had grounds for the nuts that held the bucket in place. The fork covers and headlight mounts are vibration isolated from the forks and frame ground with non-conductive rubber.  This metal must be attached to the green wires in the electrical harness.  There are sockets for this connection in the headlight bucket rats nest.
It is likely these ground nuts with green wires were removed for the Vetter. And, the Vetter doesn't need the upper fork covers grounded, as it had specific wiring for the task of properly powering the lighting it contained.
