I'm thinking of installing air valves on my track bike. Has anyone feedback re: what difference I could expect and what air pressure I should run. would you recommend it?

I think the best input would be a set of emulators if you're racing it. MikesXS had 35mm Racetech lookalikes for $50.
I run 6psi air in stock forks on two Sohc's on the street and I think it helps.
