The bike I'm on came with drag pipes (4-4) that have some what of a (metal) baffle in them. I had set for a few years. I rebuilt the carbs and have gone from airbox to pods. I assume the carb kits I used had stock main jets. Are they 100's? I don't want to pull the carbs to look. Next, Can you suggest a size for me? I found a kit with four sizes from sirius consolidated but its slod out. The problem is it dogging at 3/4 throttle on. Every thing else checks out. (float bowls may not be exactly the same) 120's 125's ?

stock mains are 100, idles are 40. you might be able to get away with moving the needle clip down a notch or two, but at dogging at 3/4 throttle... you might need to go up a jet size for the mains. jets are cheap so get a few 105 110 ect, i wouldn't think you'd need 125s.

you might try a vacuum synch and float level check to make sure you are running even before you go tearing the carbs apart again. hope that helps.
