      I agree!   Could have bought one of those for $5,000 back in 1970, now they are outta sight!   But SO are the road runners!

paid $500 for it

        Hey Bob, I haven't been there for that buit, I was there at Warren, for a maintenace familiarization on nthe Freightliner semi tractors that the military was getting some time back. And I happened on a car show that just sort of popped up on a local "Parking Lot" on Woodward Ave. And I was just in AWE at a number of cars that I saw and had only previously seen them in car magazines. Oh yeah, I was in my 7th Heaven 48th Heaven! You need to get me a schedule to help me try to catch some of the local events Bob. Being down here in Arkansas, I need somewhat of a Headsup on that.

           Thanks for THAT link medic.   To give an idea about how I feel about the "Wing Cars" (Daytona & Superbird), I have a nice size diecast fron QVC, of THIS one (an exact copy) and it's a little over a foot long.
 GOt another diecast of about the same scale, only it's the Blue and white Viper fastback car.
