carb problem fixed, new problem comes to life >:( clutch issues

Hey guys, just when i thought she was good and ready to ride she breaks my heart again. It feels as if the clutch is not disengaging all the way. Ive adjusted it as per the manual and still nothing. When I shift into gear and slowly let the clutch out the bike creeps forward but no matter how much gas I give it, it just creeps along. any ideas? thanks
