does any one know if a 76 cb750A will fit in a regular cb750 frame same year. i have a hardtail 76 cb750 frame and can get a 76 cb750A real cheap and was tinkering with the idea of putting the engine in the hardtail frame any help would be appreciated

I never did it but heard it can be done, It seems to be a  popular engine for honda choppers.

Fix-up the 750A and sell it to someone who would appreciate it as a 750A....use the money to buy a 750K motor for your project....( Spanner a defender of all 750A's...save the A's  )

i was also thinking that too all it really needs is a seat.and a paint job
