what to do with killers

this terrorist in england going free has got my blood boiling
why do you let a convicted killer free?
to die surrounded by friends and family unlike the people he killed
i say if you kill someone you are executed or never,never let free

I used to agree with you but I have seen far too many proved innocent years after being locked up. I do think that "life" should mean life. In this case there are doubts about whether the guy actually did it or was a scapegoat for those that did so. Where there is uncontestable proof of cold blooded murder than yes, execution. Otherwise lock them up and throw away the key.

Lots for people will tell you that execution isn't a deterrent.

But no one subjected to the death penalty has ever committed another crime.

I like that take on it! And I think child molesters should definitely get the death penalty. It might not scare too many psycho, gangsta, drug dealers. But you can guarantee that it work with the pervs!

I have mixed feelings about it. The WM3 changed my outlook on that.
Undeniable proof, Caught in the act, serial offenders, nuke em.
I also feel that way about people that torture, molest, rape, and abuse children and or womens.
I want all sorts of bad #$%* to happen to those people.

So it should just remain as standard assult charges if it's a dude hitting another dude? I am not being a dick, I am just interested in the determining factor between what is just assult and what deserves death.

There's limits for everything. and what she perceives as the line you may not.

But if a woman or child comes to school/work everyday with bruises and black eyes....

Someone's getting a serious beating to within an inch of his life. And then I'll consider death after giving him a chance to speak.
