Bought from this guy a bottom end a month ago but he wont ship, first told me about him selling his business, then about him having  a wreck, all the while I see that he has shipped other items, hardly responds to emails.....wonder if anyone knows him before turning to paypal for a refund & complaint. 

never been got  burned with *bay but this looks like its going to be the first....

 If you can determine where he is, over here, I will do whatever I can to help! Hopefully, someone on the board is near him.
 What exactly were you getting from him? If you have to deal with the paypal refund, maybe someone here has the same parts you needed. I might, depending on what it was!

Did you use paypal?

File a dispute in paypal then escalate it.
