No fluild from rear caliper when bleeding

My
other bike is a 2004 Harley Superglide
(
). I had a low brake lever during yesterdays ride so I figured it would be a good time to finally bleed the brakes. I was going to do just a gravity bleed and started in the back. Well I was waiting for fluid to come out of the tube attached to the bleeder and didn't want to wait any longer so I went for my Mitivac sucker. Got a bunch of bubbles which I assumed were from the threads of the bleeder sucking air but figured I'd eventially get a good fluid flow. Eventially the bubbles stopped but no fluid ever came out. I even took the bleeder completly off and still no fluid . Other than a line being plugged up, I'm sorta dumbfounded. Need some help on a
fix.

so does the rear wheel stop spinning when the pedal is pressed? if so, I think I'd remove the bleeder and check to see if it is plugged.
if not, it sounds more like a master cyl problem...
