What do you think? Worth it?

So I was thinking of at least looking at these. My thought was to offer him $150 if they turn out to be something that can be worked with. I know I need more bikes to work on like a hole in the head, but if I were to get at least one of them running does everybody think I could get a decent turn around on cash? I'd probably want to keep the Scrambler for myself to tear up fire roads and try to sell the Hustler.

Yep, that seems like a good deal.  The Hustler's are collectible, from what I see.

Gotta have titles, though, or at least you gotta be comfortable with your state's practices for non-titled vehicles.  Some states are a real PITA.  Others are still a bit more casual.

Good luck, if you go for it.

Kirk's got a point. The Hustlers  ARE collectible AND pretty decent runners as well. I've had some run-ins with them,

I've got photos the guy from the ad emailed me, they look pretty rough, but its sweet that there's scrambler pipes amongst the stuff though. If you're interested, I've got one in pieces in my garage that is likely available too.

A X-6 Suzuki Hustler....  I recall back in 1969 staring in the Suzuki dealer window, dreaming about owning one. Image .... A 250CC bike that will probably run away from a CB 750 in  the twisties. Those Hustlers were supposed to top out at 105 mph.
